| The goal at Body Dynamics is to promote the well-being of the client, to enhance the body's pattern of organization, and to balance the body in its relationship to gravity. Of all the forces affecting the human body, gravity is the most powerful. The physical results of a body out of balance show up as muscle pain, chronic strain, lower vitality, and impaired functioning. A body that is in balance will be energy efficient and often experience a higher level of alertness, less emotional trauma, better posture, greater vitality, a greater freedom of movement, and often chronic discomfort will disappear. |
