The purpose of the Idaho Horse Council is to promote every type of horse activity, to be its official voice in Idaho, to monitor legislation affecting horse activity, and to act as an information resource for horse owners and regulating bodies. The Idaho Horse Council also acts to correlate the many restrictions and regulations declared by federal and state agencies.
